The person who introduces himself as Dr. Syeed Darwich has never been our agent, broker, or sales representative. Instead, this person fraudulently pretends to be the owner or co-owner of our assets and sends fake documents, contracts, or credentials on our behalf. We do not have a contractual relationship with this person, even though he has offered us several business cases since the end of 2021. Still, each has proved unfeasible or contained elements violating regulations or laws.

If this person has contacted you with any document containing our particulars, seal, or signature, please send it to us for further investigation.

We have been informed that various unknown persons offer, on behalf of BLACKSHAPE GROUP, various financial investments or transactions that have never been authorised or carried out by us because they are either in breach of the law or cannot be executed by banks and bankers. Therefore, if you have not been in direct contact with one of our directors or employees but received a financial transaction or debt instrument from a BLACKSHAPE GROUP member, 99% consider this a fraudulent operation.

We are not looking for new customers or new business contracts, so we ask you not to bother us with your offers.

We would like to inform every person and entity without direct connection to us that on June 7, 2025, BLACKSHAPE GROUP has suspended all business and PR cooperation with the Slovak section of the Templar Order, specifically with the organisation the Sovereign Order of Knights Templar-SLOVAKIA (ID: 55578152), SLOVAKIA, represented by Sir Josef Stupár, effective immediately. If you have received any authorisation or document issued on behalf of, or with partial participation of, any of the Blackshape Group companies through this organisation, we ask you to send us a high-quality scan of it to the email investments(et)svasta.sk. 
In this way, we distance ourselves from any misuse of the Blackshape Group name in negotiations initiated or connected with the above-mentioned person.
