Instead, this person fraudulently pretends to be the owner or co-owner of our assets and sends fake documents, contracts, or credentials on our behalf. We do not have a contractual relationship with this person, even though he has offered us several business cases since the end of 2021. Still, each has proved unfeasible or contained elements violating regulations or laws.

We have been informed that various unknown persons offer, on behalf of BLACKSHAPE GROUP, various financial investments or transactions that have never been authorised or carried out by us because they are either in breach of the law or cannot be executed by banks and bankers.
